Based in Arunachal Pradesh, Neina Ngilyang is a yoga therapist, instructor and pilates trainer. With an undying passion for fitness, Neina has several certifications to her credit. After completing her MSc. in Yoga therapy from Svyasa yoga university, Bangalore, she completed the Yoga Instructor course from the same institute. She has also completed the Aerial Yoga teacher training from Krishna Yoga Shala, Hyderabad and the Pilates teacher training course from The Zone, Bangalore. She believes in mindful and meditative practice for a healthy body and mind. She enjoys sports and travel.
